Our Students' Futures

We take a long-term view with our students and believe that everyone has the potential to achieve success in whatever way they wish to in life. Therefore, it is important to us that students reaching school leaving age are well supported in their transition to the next chapter in their lives.

Our aim is to engage students in a further education course and facilitate the move to their new college or training provider. We will carefully plan the transition phase to support the young person into that provision to ensure the transition is successful. It is therefore critically important for us to work closely with receiving agencies to ensure a positive transition.

We have good relationships with local providers and colleges as well as links with local employers for work experience.
