Holly had been out of school for seven years when she joined Norton College as a student. Holly has severe attachment disorder and significant confidence issues, in addition to being a student on the Autistic spectrum.

Holly’s verbal communication with the outside world was very limited. Within four weeks of attending Norton College, she attained a D grade in GCSE maths and passed Level 1 Functional English.

Holly then went on to pass Level 2 Functional mathematics and English, and gained the confidence to embark on a Level 3 course with Warwick Museum, which she also successfully completed.
