Norton College Worcester registered and supported some college students through their Reach fork lift truck course. This was an industry standard course over five days. They had to complete one day of health and safety work which was tested using an industry level exam, allowing them to work independently on fork lift trucks(AITT accredited).
This was followed by four days intense training to allow them to sit and pass the final practical test on the fifth day. It was a real pleasure to see the students who passed their theory exam, go on to achieve 100% pass rate in their final practical test.
These students now have industry recognised qualifications that will, allow them to gain employment when they leave Norton college.
