Student Council/Pupil Voice meeting report November 2025
This week’s Student Council meeting was an absolute pleasure to observe. Students from across a range of Key Stages collaborated brilliantly, demonstrating maturity and creativity as they worked together to plan festive Christmas decorations for the school. Their ideas reflected a strong sense of community and inclusivity.
The group also explored exciting possibilities for new Enrichment sessions, aiming to provide opportunities that appeal to all students and enhance the wider curriculum. In addition, they began developing a Student Charter based on our core school values:
Be Safe,
Be Kind,
Be Respectful.
The discussion focused on unpicking what these words really mean in our school context and creating language that is clear and accessible for students of all ages to enable others to understand what these values look like on a daily basis.
The atmosphere throughout was positive, hard-working, and committed to driving improvement across the school. It was inspiring to see such thoughtful contributions and genuine enthusiasm for making a difference.
