We are delighted to share that Norton College Worcester has been awarded the Jon Le Fevre Safeguarding Award recognising the exceptional safeguarding culture that exists across our school.
The award celebrates organisations that go beyond compliance and demonstrate the positive impact safeguarding has on children, young people and staff.
Recommended by Worcestershire Local Authority, the framework provided an opportunity to reflect on our strengths, celebrate excellent practice and identify any areas for further development.
Throughout the process, particular recognition was given to the strong Safeguarding culture embedded across the school and the way it aligns with our core values. Jon Le Fevre was especially impressed by our Safeguarding logo and statement describing them as a powerful reflection of our commitment to keeping children at the centre of everything we do.
This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our entire staff team, whose unwavering commitment helps ensure that every pupil is safe, supported and able to thrive.
